Payment Methods and Cancellation Policy

Payment is to be made prior to session commencement for all session types, via cash, cheque or EFT. Receipts will be issued for all payments if required.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice for cancellation is required from all parties for all session types.

If cancellation occurs for individual sessions for a legitimate reason and 24 hours’ notice has been provided, a make-up session within the same week will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Conversely, if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided for an individual session and a makeup session cannot be agreed upon, the full session fee will apply.

Group Training

If cancellation occurs from all clients for a legitimate reason and 24 hours’ notice has been provided, a make-up session within the same week will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Conversely, if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided from a booked client, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will apply.

N.B.

One week’s notice is required for termination of PAYG personal training sessions, for both individual and group sessions.
