Group Personal Training

Do you love to train with a friend? Is it easier to commit to an exercise program if you know some else has come along for the ride?

Here at Fit ‘n Fab. For Life, group sessions are conducted with a minimum of 2 people, up to a maximum of 3 participants.
Activities include:

  • Cardio exercises (commercial quality treadmill and spin bike, free weights)
  • Strength and conditioning (resistance training)
  • Team games
  • Circuit-style interval training
  • Boxing (cardio)
  • Core strength and stability

“Fun” alongside “Fitness” are the focal points of each session, whilst attention to technique and client skill-level is always paramount. Moreover, the cost per person reduces as the number of participants increase, and this can be beneficial if you wish to train with friends or family members.
