One on One Personal Training
One-on-one training sessions are conducted inside my personal training studio and include specialised programs designed to meet your specific needs and requirements.
Types of training include:
- Cardio-based activities – circuits, commercial cardio machines (treadmill and spin bike)
- Boxing (cardio)
- Resistance training (weights)
- Core strength and stability
Your goal may be specifically weight loss, toning or increasing body strength, or a combination of multiple objectives. No two clients are the same, and sessions are tailored to meet your needs. Exercise programs within each session are progressed over a number of sessions, and constantly reviewed to match your increasing fitness levels. In addition, workout schedules for the rest of the week are provided to you, aligned within your lifestyle and goal parameters.
